Can FCC help me resolve my Comcast issue?

I have filed a compliant with FCC (the confirmation number is FORM475: 05-W10977328) regarding the out-of-cable-service for almost a month (since 8-19 we returned from the trip) issue.

Numerous calls to Comcast 800 service number resulted in few technician visits and none of them is helpful. This makes wonder if Comcast people really understand their network?

Wether this complaint will help resolving the issue or not is a question. Let's wait and see.

If this doesn't work out. I will have to try other venues. What are other resources are available?
