You may not need TV at all
The cable service has been restored for almost a week (It was fixed last Monday, soon after I filed that compliant with FCC - what a coincident), but whenever I grab the remote control, I don't know which channel I should tune to. In fact, I don't feel like to watch TV anymore?!
There are reports and articles tell people to get away from TV once a while (or get rid of TV altogether), and I always have a doubt. After losing cable service for an entire month, I started to believe that TV is *NOT* an essential part of our live.
I found that I have more time to do something else or even just hanging around doing nothing - actually, my entire family feels the same way - without cable service.
May be I should keep up the good habit but limiting my TV-watching time.
