Where is the stuff I ordered?
In short, beware of the this web site - Original Accessory (http://www.original-accessory.com).
Here is my story.
After returning from my annual trip to Japan, I determined that, instead of carrying the N810 travel charger, it will be better if I can just use a charger cable via USB port to charge my N810 while travelling since I already brought along an USB hub for my Palm and iPod.
I have done research before the trip and found two web sites (Original Accessory & YLMart) that are offering such cable. I didn't have enough time before the trip to place the order, so I did it soon after I returned.
Couldn't determine which one is more suitable, I chose Original Accessory and that was a bad decision.
Placing the order is simple, I selected the item, filled in my paypal information, and clicked the button. Once the order is submitted, I was given an order number, I noticed my Paypal transaction went through, I found the order status immediately changed to "Waiting Fulfillment", and I even received an e-mail with my order details. Everything seems good.
But this is where the bad experience starts.
After waited for a week, I checked back the order status. It still remained as "Waiting Fulfillment" which made a little nervous. So I left a message on the web site and asked for a status update. When I checked back next day, no response. The day after, still no response. Multiple messages sent, still no response.
When two weeks past by and the order status still stuck at "Waiting Fulfillment", I wrote to the Paypal account e-mail hoping to reach a real person and get a status update. Still no response.
After three weeks without hearing anything back, I have lost my patient and decided to bring this matter to Paypay Dispute center. Amazingly, soon after I filed my dispute & complaint to Paypal, I received an e-mail which shows the order status is updated to "Order Refunded".
Finally I realized I was wasting my time and effort. I was probably dealing with no real person all time and all status change, payment processing, etc. are likely done automatically.
Stay away from this web site and vendor and you will not have go through the same thing.
